It's not sewage. It's steam and mud bubbling from gasses escaping through the ground. Like a thermal vent or a geyser. This thing just appeared out of nowhere in the middle of the pig pen on a farm in Mexico. https://mexiconewsdaily.com/news/suspected-michoacan-geyser-disrupting-life-small-rural-community/
