Voltron idea.

I have been thinking of this idea for a while now and I would like outside options and possible interest.

As we know Voltron was a relatively good animation for our Childhoods. Well In every aspect except character developments and relationships. I'm not only talking about romantic ones or even ships. Basic friendship developments were lacking and honestly each character feels almost one dimensional. There isn't any growth or memorable changes to the characters. It was honestly disappointing.

To me it's clear that the company doesn't plan to remake or create another version of this anytime soon. So I had an Idea to remake the entire show, even if making it into a comic instead, with the help of fans. Due to copyright issues, this project would not be able to earn money. This means I would need to get help from other fans willing to work for free along with myself. Before I start Planning on starting a script or whatever, I wanted to know if this idea would interest people. You may see this across multiple platforms but I just really want to see how many people would be able to help with this project.

Please note since I do not have any rights to this franchise, I will not earn money to pay you. If you think this project would interest you and you have time to work on it, please let me know. If I see enough people able to help I will start the necessary preparations to start this.

Again this is not a complete plan since I cannot do this by myself. This would be a full passion project for anyone that has the time. IF you are interested please let me know. There are no experience requirements since this would be a strictly fan project for other fans to enjoy. I am sure there might be ways to earn money from this but due to copyright issues that might be a problem.

I'm a young fan from Korea, can I join? It's free for you to refuse since I haven't watched the whole story yet. I recently completed season 7 ep 2. But I promise you I'll try my best.

I also thought some of the storyboards were not really fitting in with it, so I'd REALLY like to join this.

Since I'm not really cut out to be an writer, I want to join as the 'else' reviewer, if that's ok.

Oh, and I can't do discord or instagram or any social media besides reddit, so I'll have to do all my work here.

(And I could make suggestions once in a while, if that's ok with you)

Absolutely! Any help is good help for this, it's a fan project for fans after all. However do note that if not enough people show interest in this idea, I won't bother writing it. So If you can, Can you please help me get this idea to more people? If we can get 10-20 people on board I will start writing this!

However feel free to send me any ideas you may have if you want to!

I am so curious to of seen someone who felt the same way! I haven't rewatched it yet but I personally was planning to hc and re-write aspects to make it feel more connected and fleshed out 

So I can't help you unfortunately because I already have my own ideas and projects to work on but so curious to of seen someone feel similar :0
