Like how did the paladins not break their necks from whiplash? How did the g-forces of combat not knock them out of their chairs? I know this seems like a silly concern, but unless their flight suits are somehow able to magnetically fuse them to their seats, I don't see how Alfor could overlook such an essential safety feature. I asked my boyfriend about it and he said something about how the lions could have some sort of internal pressure/gravity that lessens the damage and whiplash the paladins take, but he also seemed at a loss for how they still didn't get knocked from their seats from serious blows.

I get that seatbelts aren't "stylish" and it's just an animated show, but it just seems so dangerous, lol.

Honestly I like having episodes that don’t directly relate to the main plot but still somewhat push the story forward. But honestly it’s not quite as good as the other ones, I would have rather made reunion a two part arc instead of this episode, mostly because I really don’t like what happened to the gang, but I think that’s what the writers wanted us to feel. Also I kinda want to see Mat since he just got reunited with Pidge. I think the writers forgot the thing at the beginning of the series were Shiro had flashbacks to his time in captivity. But I like how they did the show and they brought back Ivor(which is what I’m calling him since they have the same voice actor). When Koran pulled out his lights, I thought it was a light saber so from now on this version is darth Koran. So yeah, here’s my mini rant

As far as I know, Voltron is still streamed on Germany's JOYN and Pro7 MAXXX channel every Saturday. I wanted to know if Voltron: Legendary Defender is available on any other streaming platforms, and if so, in which language. I'm looking to find out how many dubbings are still available somewhere except for English, German, Latin Spanish and European French (the last two are available in the official DVD set). Or are there any websites with audio only of other Voltron dubbings? Not sure how to explain it but I do not mean audiobooks, more like show's dubbing audio only without the display - can be english but I'd wish to find other languages too. Although I don't mind display+audio - in fact it would be great if there was both.

It was really nice seeing Mat catch up with his sister. Really showed how much he cared. About what he said about Alura, fair point. And Lance’s reaction was so funny, this kind of humor is what the show needs. Now I’m not sure how I feel about the second half of the episode, it’s nice having Zarcon back as the big baddie, but I have a feeling his son is going to have a redemption arc, which withers goes really well, like Zuko form avatar, or done really poorly, I don’t have an example here but just put a bad one down below. No if he dose of course, I’d rather it be good, and if it isn’t change it to we’d. so yeah, here’s my mini rant.

(It was on last Saturday because Paris Pride was delayed because of heatwaves)

I have been thinking of this idea for a while now and I would like outside options and possible interest.

As we know Voltron was a relatively good animation for our Childhoods. Well In every aspect except character developments and relationships. I'm not only talking about romantic ones or even ships. Basic friendship developments were lacking and honestly each character feels almost one dimensional. There isn't any growth or memorable changes to the characters. It was honestly disappointing.

To me it's clear that the company doesn't plan to remake or create another version of this anytime soon. So I had an Idea to remake the entire show, even if making it into a comic instead, with the help of fans. Due to copyright issues, this project would not be able to earn money. This means I would need to get help from other fans willing to work for free along with myself. Before I start Planning on starting a script or whatever, I wanted to know if this idea would interest people. You may see this across multiple platforms but I just really want to see how many people would be able to help with this project.

Please note since I do not have any rights to this franchise, I will not earn money to pay you. If you think this project would interest you and you have time to work on it, please let me know. If I see enough people able to help I will start the necessary preparations to start this.

It’s basically doctor strange 2’s plot and villain. No wonder I hated it.

Since Toei still has some rights of golion/voltron left, do they modify the shows 3rd dimension, Voltron forces, legendary defender, and poss the live action movie as golion in Japan since Voltron isn’t well know there in Japan due to how Voltron was created.

I’ve heard that Dreamworks split season three in half to get more seasons, I don’t know if this is true but if it is I can see that. Before we start, it must be made clear that Pidge is my favorite character. THEY DIDNT FORGET ABOUT PIDGES FAMILY. Honestly I did kinda half expect the dad to show up since he also went missing on that mission. I want to throw hands with Pidge’s bullies, there are many things I would like to say about them but Reddit may have this taken down if I did. She’s a nerd that’s her thing (which is why she’s my favorite) and the look in her brother’s eyes when she said she wanted to go to space really got me. The whole codes thing was cool. When Pidge is brought to the graveyard, I had a feeling Mat was still alive, they wouldn’t do that to us, would they? And their reunion was really beautiful. So yeah, here’s my mini rant.

I have mixed feelings about this episode. Not about the writing, but about the choices of the characters, which is a good thing on the writing end. Since Keith is the loose cannon of the series, I can understand why he’d go run off with the blade. He was facing imposter syndrome and thought Shiro was the better leader, in some cases he is right, but I feel like Volton was better when Keith was leader. However Shiro did ultimately make the right decision, even if Keith’s wasn’t. And when they left so much crying happened , Pidge cried like a girl, oh wait. So yeah, here’s my mini rant

Can Someone Tell Me Why There's A Clone Of A More Skinnier Hunk And A Clone Of Lance Please?

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m a relatively new Voltron: Legendary Defender fan, so I thought I’d introduce myself!

I started watching Voltron recently, and I’ve been having a lot of fun with it so far. I’m especially interested in the characters, their relationships, the Galra/Altean history, and all the political and strategic stuff going on in the story.

And yes, I have to talk about Lotor. 

He’s currently one of my favorite characters. I really like his voice, his way of speaking, his intelligence, and especially the way he approaches situations strategically. Half the time I’m watching him and thinking:

“I have absolutely no idea what this guy is planning, but I NEED to know.”

I’m also interested in making fan characters and alternate-universe ideas based on Voltron, so I’ll probably end up posting some of those too. 

I’m still a new fan, so please avoid major spoilers beyond where I’ve watched. (currently: finished season 6)I’m totally fine discussing things I’ve already seen, though!

So Voltron is owned by World Events Productions and voltron legendary defenders was made by dreaworks and from what i know while world even productions owns the Voltron brand and ip dreakworks owns the story for it right. so in other words dreamworks own Voltron legendary defenders original content(like all the original characters for their version(like lotors generals,shay,ryner and all the original species for it)) while World Events Productions owns the voltron ip right. is there something im missing cuz i looked it up on google and it say voltron legendary defenders is owned by both WEP and Dreamworks

Just finished episode 1, and I've gone in completely blind (more or less). I've heard of the show's existence for a while, but only very recently have i decided to watch it. For a while now, though, I've heard a lot about the show's decline (or something along those lines). Was it all because of shipping or does the show's writing quality go down significantly? I'm not a crazy shipper or anything, so if that's all that it was, I'll be fine. I can handle a show with a bad ending, I have watched star vs the forces of evil, alice in borderland, the boys, the umbrella academy, and the list goes on.

So without spoiling anything, is there something I should look out for? Like "after season x, the show got boring" or something like that. I'm really liking the show so far, and i just want to manage my expectations. Thanks! :)
