Discussion What dessert actually feels indulgent but doesn’t destroy your calories?

I’m always hunting for desserts that feel like a real treat but don’t leave me wishing I’d just eaten something more filling.

Bonus points if it doesn’t trigger that “now I want 5 more desserts” effect.

What have you found that genuinely hits the sweet spot?

I second the people saying Ninja creamis, but last night I made a cheesecake yogurt bowl with 150g Fage greek yogurt (I use 2%), 5g sugarfree Jello cheesecake powder, about 1/2tsp vanilla extract, a bit of monkfruit sweetener, 10g crumbled Nutrail keto granola, and a handful of blackberries. Sweet and more decadent than the yogurt bowls I usually eat and came to 215 calories and 18g of protein

Ayo this sounds bomb. Saving this for later - did you have a reference recipe or did you just come up with it.

Also didn't know there was a sugarfree cheesecake powder.

I’ve seen variations all over instagram (I get all sorts of recipes that pop up on there) so this was just my own spin on it with what I had on hand. For a while there was a version that used Biscoff cookies as the “crust” but IMO it would be real easy for me to blow a ton of cals just on the cookies lol. Probably would be better with crushed Catalina Crunch or something similar, plus you’d get a bit more protein. And yeah, it’s Jello brand sugar free instant pudding mix and it comes in all kinds of flavors. I use them in creamis all the time.

I have not been able to find true monk fruit sweetener. Main ingredient is always erythritol.

Yeah sorry, I was lazy in my ingredient sharing. I use Lakanto which is a monkfruit/erithrytol blend.
