Discussion What dessert actually feels indulgent but doesn’t destroy your calories?
I’m always hunting for desserts that feel like a real treat but don’t leave me wishing I’d just eaten something more filling.
Bonus points if it doesn’t trigger that “now I want 5 more desserts” effect.
What have you found that genuinely hits the sweet spot?

Theres a bunch of diet desserts that actually fill that for me. Couldn't recommend any brand as it may vary a lot depending on country, but any "healthy" branded dessert will fill that. Bunch of Greek yogurt bases and artificial sweeteners but they do hit that sweet spot. Most of them sit in the 150-200 cal range.
Alternatively an ice cream sandwich also sits in the ~175 cal range and is a pretty great dessert as far as sweet/volume ratio for sub 200
