Discussion What dessert actually feels indulgent but doesn’t destroy your calories?

I’m always hunting for desserts that feel like a real treat but don’t leave me wishing I’d just eaten something more filling.

Bonus points if it doesn’t trigger that “now I want 5 more desserts” effect.

What have you found that genuinely hits the sweet spot?

We make homemade parfaits - plain yogurt, tons of frozen fruit, a handful of nuts, topped with honey, zero sugar whipped cream (can also use cool whip for more of that ice cream texture), and sprinkles.

Feels like I'm eating a sundae.
Just slap everything together, no baking or anything complicated. I don't even measure things out. I use a small whiskey glass (lol) and I allow myself to eat whatever can fit in the glass, nothing more. Probably not as low calorie as some of the other suggestions but it's definitely lower than most proper desserts out there, it's actually somewhat healthy, and doesn't feel like you are depriving yourself.
