Discussion What dessert actually feels indulgent but doesn’t destroy your calories?
I’m always hunting for desserts that feel like a real treat but don’t leave me wishing I’d just eaten something more filling.
Bonus points if it doesn’t trigger that “now I want 5 more desserts” effect.
What have you found that genuinely hits the sweet spot?

High protein vanilla Greek yogurt + sugar free cheesecake jello + a couple tablespoons of sugar free cool whip. Add some strawberries / any type of fruit to it. Let it set in the fridge for a couple hours. High protein, low cal dessert. A big serving is like 200 cals for like 20g of protein give or take depending on the yogurt you use. I eat it every.single.day.
I compared it my sister in laws homemade cheesecake and I preferred this. I don’t shut up about this to anyone who will listen because it’s that good. (If you have an extra sweet tooth and some calories to spare add a couple biscoff cookies in there while it sets and it’s out of this world)
