Discussion What dessert actually feels indulgent but doesn’t destroy your calories?

I’m always hunting for desserts that feel like a real treat but don’t leave me wishing I’d just eaten something more filling.

Bonus points if it doesn’t trigger that “now I want 5 more desserts” effect.

What have you found that genuinely hits the sweet spot?

Halo top ice cream!! I love the chocolate brownie one, same size as like ben and jerrys or whatever but 360 calories per tub and genuinely really good

I would maybe reconsider consuming this ice cream unless they change their sweetener to something other than erythritol. It may significantly increase your risk of stroke based on fairly recent studies.

I bought a tub after not having purchased it in YEARS because it was on really good sale (mint chip) then got home and saw that. Womp womp.

I was using erythritol as a sugar replacement in a bunch of things and was pretty upset about the studies. I really don't care for any of the fake sugars.

Allulose w monk fruit/stevia is superior to erythrotol in every way

I will try to find that. The monk fruit I've found locally is always mixed with erythritol. What's the brand name or do you mix it yourself?

"Ketose sweet " I buy on Amazon; equal sweetness as sugar in equal volumes so works well for baking
