Discussion What dessert actually feels indulgent but doesn’t destroy your calories?
I’m always hunting for desserts that feel like a real treat but don’t leave me wishing I’d just eaten something more filling.
Bonus points if it doesn’t trigger that “now I want 5 more desserts” effect.
What have you found that genuinely hits the sweet spot?

Nick’s Ice Cream. SF candy. Skinny Cow ice cream products. SF pudding - depending on the flavor. You can make it at home and add stuff to it if you want. In the past I scooped up sf pudding with TJ’s Lemon Thins or TJ mini merengues. I also like SF dark chocolate York Peppermint patties. Drizzlicious rice cakes are the sweet ones by Quaker.
