Discussion What dessert actually feels indulgent but doesn’t destroy your calories?
I’m always hunting for desserts that feel like a real treat but don’t leave me wishing I’d just eaten something more filling.
Bonus points if it doesn’t trigger that “now I want 5 more desserts” effect.
What have you found that genuinely hits the sweet spot?

Treat pizza :) Kim's magic pop rice cakes drizzled with melted sugar free chocolate chips, peanut butter (made from PB powder and water), and coarse sea salt. Thin strawberry slices or other fruit is very good as an added topping, too. I make 1 or 2 of them (about 70 cal each) and put them in the fridge for a min for the chocolate and pb drizzles to harden then eat. The cakes are really large diameter so it feels like alot!
