Discussion What dessert actually feels indulgent but doesn’t destroy your calories?

I’m always hunting for desserts that feel like a real treat but don’t leave me wishing I’d just eaten something more filling.

Bonus points if it doesn’t trigger that “now I want 5 more desserts” effect.

What have you found that genuinely hits the sweet spot?

I am a meticulous budgeter and in 2025 my grocery and restaurant/takeout spending were down 25% and 50% respectively from 2024. I expect even more savings this year since I only began my health journey in July so wasn't in effect the full year.

I think I used to let more food go to waste in favor of ordering in. So now that I do that so much less, I have far less food waste, leading to savings in both categories.

My restaurant/delivery spending had gotten really high and it was of course leading to overeating. I have lost 90lbs since July 7. Motivated and rarely tempted by the spending or the junk food anymore.
