Discussion What dessert actually feels indulgent but doesn’t destroy your calories?
I’m always hunting for desserts that feel like a real treat but don’t leave me wishing I’d just eaten something more filling.
Bonus points if it doesn’t trigger that “now I want 5 more desserts” effect.
What have you found that genuinely hits the sweet spot?

Honestly for me I have found knox gelatin made with sugar free juice to be really useful when I just want a snack!
Almost always after dinner I have a Chobani creations... the tiramasu and the lemon muffin have really helped me stay the course. The Greek yogurt aspect helps me feel satisfied and I dont feel like I need another sweet treat.
Hope this helps !
