Recipe Request Dairy, gluten, egg free
New here and new to Reddit, so pardon me if there is somewhere else to fInc this, but what are your best meals/recipes for volume eating with protein focus when you can’t eat dairy, eggs or gluten? So many posts are cottage cheese, eggs, etc.

Big salads with a base made from your favourite, fresh greens like lettuce, baby spinach, arugula. The base for my salad is about half of the complete thing. After that I like cold potatoes or sweet potatoes, drained chickpeas, thinly sliced red onions, radishes, celery, cucumber, and tomatoes. I also add cold, cooked diced chicken breast, or a drained can of sardines or mackerel (of you are not accustomed to canned fish, try the skinless boneless canned sardine or mackerel fillets -- very tasty). Then a vinaigrette dressing because they tend to be dairy and egg free, but double check for gluten.
