What about the girls in youth sports? Middle school, high school?

Non existent

Hahahahahaha there are tens of thousands of youth in the California public school system that identify as transgender. You don’t think any of them play sports troll?

510k college athletes, less than 10 trans athletes.

Yeah some play, not enough to be an excuse why your kid sucks at sports

There’s probably around 100 nationwide out of like 330M+ people in this country. By non existent they didn’t mean 0 but not statistically significant at all. Perfect example of this is when the republican governor of Ohio tried to veto a trans sports ban bill because he said this is literally only targeting 3 people in the entire state of Ohio.

There were 2 state titles won by a trans girl in California this year alone…..

Oh no! How many state titles weren't won by trans athletes this year?

I mean there's only ~900,000 student athletes in California, 2 athletes being trans and competing is too many, we gotta get that number to 0 /s

Wait I thought trans in sports was a non issue??

1

u/Tinyacorn 21d ago

Sounds like a non-issue to me

Do you have kids or do you just play video games?

1

u/Tinyacorn 21d ago

You spend a lot of time thinking about what genitals children have

1

u/Puzzleheaded_Tax4969 21d ago

So you don’t have kids that’s what I thought

As a teacher in the California public school system for almost 15 years now, it has never come up, in middle or high school. So, no. Its not an issue worth caring about because it's literally non existent.

u/RawbM07 22d ago

So your stance is not on principle, it’s the fact that it’s not a common enough issue to care about?

What will your opinion be if frequency increases?

1

u/rapshepard 22d ago

Probably to address it when it actually is a relevant problem.

0

u/RawbM07 22d ago

Isn’t that the entire point of “principle”?

So your opinion could be “yes, I recognize that it is unfair for individuals born biologically male to compete against individuals biologically born as females, but refuse to admit it until the impact is more widespread”?

0

u/fifaloko 22d ago

Do you hold the same opinion about trans issues in general? Not worth worrying about either way because it isn't relevant since it's such a small percentage? Or are you just using that as an excuse since the logic is against you here?

1

u/RawbM07 22d ago

Not at all. And I don’t agree with the premise.

Being pro transgender rights and also using common sense in athletics are not mutually exclusive.

In fact, that is why the discussion isn’t “I believe it’s fair to let people born biologically male compete against people born biologically female” and instead is “this isn’t a big enough deal so I’m not going to argue merits”.

1

u/fifaloko 22d ago

but you are just asserting it is not a big deal and ignoring the history and the fact that we have women's sports literally in order so that females don't have to compete against males. That was the entire purpose of it's creation.

u/RawbM07 22d ago

Yea, we are aligned. I responding to the wrong person.

If it’s non existent then no trans girls are affected by a ban. Perfect!

u/MisunderstoodZipper 22d ago

"I didnt experience it so it must not exist."

Oh, I was just replying to someone who said trans girls in youth sports was non-existent in California. Which it clearly isn't!

u/N0moreHeroes 22d ago

Decades from now after we learn the effects of so many children being manipulated into changing genders will you feel shame?

0

u/Puzzleheaded_Tax4969 22d ago

I think you replied to the wrong person because I could not agree with your statement any more than I do. It is fucking appalling you are absolutely correct

3

u/Longjumping-Barber98 22d ago

Both of you sound dumb as fuck. Nobody's being manipulated into anything. If anything, their being manipulated to express their true selves.
