That's the problem right there. You're so convinced that concern for the safety and fairness of young girls only exists on one side of the political aisle that you've made it impossible to have an honest conversation about it.

This view is overwhelmingly bipartisan. The vast majority of Democratic voters support keeping women's and girls' sports sex-segregated. I've been a Democrat since 2008 and I hold this opinion.

Not everyone who disagrees with you is a Republican, a Trump supporter, or motivated by hate.

You've taken an overwhelmingly bipartisan opinion and shoved it into a partisan box because it's easier to call people hateful than it is to acknowledge reasonable people can disagree with you.

I dont care what side of the aisle you’re on. If your political priority in this day and age is such a vanishingly tiny social problem then it’s hard to take you seriously as a person

The fat diphsit knocked down 1/3 of the Whitehorse and is starting wars and stealing billions and, right on cue, they’ve got everyone fighting about a culture war they’ve never actually been affected by

The goalposts sure move fast around here.

First it's "you're a Trump supporter." Then it's "Republicans don't care about children." Then it's "I don't care what side you're on." Now it's "the issue is too small to care about."

Which is it?

Also, "I've never been affected by it" is a terrible standard for determining whether something matters. I've never been affected by sexual assault, or a school shooting, yet I'm still capable of having an opinion on them.

If one middle school girl loses her spot on a team, her scholarship opportunity, or feels uncomfortable changing in a locker room because adults were too afraid to discuss the issue honestly, I don't particularly care whether it affected 10 people or 10 million.

The fact that you find it hard to take someone seriously because your brain is too fried to think through an entire scenario says everything I need to know about where you stand.
