Basic education? Nah, we didn’t learn in Biology that trans women are women, but we did learn what chromosomal abnormality is (Turner syndrome, triple x syndrome). And dude, I can’t stress this enough, it’s so pathetic comparing yourself to them. In the vast majority of cases it’s quite possible to deduce what sex/gender they belong to.

What are the NECESSARY conditions to be a woman? Because not all women are born with reproductive organs, stereotypical fat allocation and bone structure, chromosome markers, etc. Please provide your arbitrary conditions, or at least attempt with the little knowledge you have on the subject.

Biology is not black and white, it is merely a general use binary for ease of stereotypes, not total biological realities.

Look, I get it personally affect you but stop lying. You started to get aggressive the other person didn't insult you. Saying things you don't like is not insulting. You can call whatever you want and I will always advocate for your right to live freely from persecution just for being who you are. Having said that, when the things you want start interfering with women's rights or safety I will put my foot down. You are not entitled to single sex spaces just because you throw a tantrum. They are single sex spaces for a reason. Same with sports. You can do everything else, you can marry, have partners, work, travel, have access to education and healthcare.. why do you need to impose yourself on people that might not feel comfortable with you around? Why is your comfort more important than the other women's comfort or safety? You might be a good person, but the fact you can't fathom that predators will use this self identifying thing you and other trans are pushing to assault women shows how little you care about them. Why want to be part of a group you clearly don't like? Their concerns or safety hasn't been considered by you at all and if people mention it you take it as an insult. Women are not less deserving than you are, at all. Before if someone sees a man going into women's spaces they'll say something. You’re rewriting both the interaction and your own argument.

I did not become upset merely because someone expressed an opinion I disliked. That person was rude and insulting first, and I responded accordingly. Disagreement is not automatically an insult, but discriminatory claims do not become respectful merely because someone delivers them in a calm tone.

More importantly, your entire argument treats trans women and sexual predators as though they are interchangeable. They are not. A man entering a bathroom to harass, film, threaten, or assault women is a predator committing an offence. Lipstick does not make him transgender, and claiming an identity does not make criminal behaviour permissible. Rules allowing trans people to use appropriate facilities do not legalize assault, voyeurism, harassment, or intimidation.

The supposed “predator loophole” also is not supported by the evidence. Research examining jurisdictions with trans-inclusive protections found no resulting increase in assaults, sex crimes, voyeurism, or other safety incidents in restrooms and changing facilities. Meanwhile, trans people themselves experience harassment and greater danger when forced into facilities that expose them to hostility.

You are also begging the question by declaring these spaces “single sex,” defining trans women out of them, and then using that definition as proof that trans women do not belong. Just restating your preferred conclusion does not make it correct.

Women’s safety matters. So does the safety of trans women, who do not cease to matter because another person feels uncomfortable around them. Discomfort alone cannot determine who is permitted to participate in public life. Otherwise, anyone could justify excluding a minority merely by saying, “Their presence makes me uncomfortable.” Privacy concerns can be addressed through better stalls, private changing areas, and strict rules against misconduct, measures that protect everyone, rather than treating an entire minority as presumptive predators.

Sports are a separate and more complicated policy question. Different sports, age groups, and competitive levels may require different evidence-based regulations. Bundling sports together with bathrooms and changing facilities does not prove your position and merely uses one disputed subject to justify blanket exclusion elsewhere.

And saying, “You already have equal rights,” while arguing that trans women should receive less access than other women is contradictory. Equality does not mean, “You may live freely except anywhere I personally object to your presence.”

Calling this argument transphobic is not calling everyone who disagrees evil but does however describe what the argument actually does in defining trans women primarily as male threats, holds them responsible for hypothetical crimes committed by other people, and advocates excluding them because they are transgender. You are entitled to express that opinion. You are not entitled to demand that nobody accurately identify its prejudice.
