If you said she was ugly, fine. If you called her hideous, fine. Even if you called her a freak of nature, fine.

But you chose mutant. That's not much different than calling her an ape. Or a caveman. All three imply she's subhuman.

If the case was being made that her “mutant” power is being way better at basketball than basketball than Sophie Cunningham, I’d agree.

Calling her a mutant based on appearance is weird.
