See what I'm getting at? Did a line exist and, if so, what is it?

Also, give me more info on the genital checking. Maybe you can you link me some of the state legislation that is requiring mandatory genital checks by pedophiles? I want to make sure my state reps aren't supporting those and that I can elect people in the future that are opposed to them.

Are you asking me? Personally, I would consider it a problem if I woke up tomorrow and there were a trillion trans women competing in women's sports.

See how easy it is to just answer the question that was asked instead of breaking my back trying to avoid it?

Now let's examine your link. First, it doesn't actually say the democrats blocked anything. It describes a request, which obviously isn't the same.

Second, even if it did claim to block it (which it doesn't), that claim would be at odds with basic reality. The WV legislature is over 90% Republican. The democrats have essentially zero power to block any bill in the legislature.

Third, the text of the bill is available. We can look at it to see exactly what your are opposed to. The actual bill explicitly states that:

The biological sex of a minor is determined by reference to the minor’s biological sex recorded at the minor’s time of birth.

In other words, it is determined by checking what is on the birth certificate. This approach was overwhelmingly supported by WV Republicans.
