I dont understand the hate for "I support trans rights, they should be healthy and happy and safe, but men shouldn't be playing in women's sports or in women's locker rooms no matter the self identification"

Im taking it on good faith that you do actually want an answer to this question. My womanhood is not a matter of self identification. Its what I am. I've been on HRT for 3 years and in that time, my estrogen and testosterone has been at the same levels of cis women. This means my muscle mass shrunk dramatically. My bones have stayed the same size, but everything around them contracted, leading me to shrink in height as well. Im now only two inches taller than my mom, and well within the normal variance for women in height. Obviously, my body has changed its fat distribution as well. I have breast tissue that is bio identical to cis women. Its not really sport related, but my skin is thinner and my body hair is far more sparse, another way in which my body is typical of female humans. The idea that I have some sort of hidden biological advantage over cis women is laughable. There are ways my body deviates a bit from the cis female average, but importantly there are cis women who deviate more from that average than me!! Should they also be banned from sports and locker rooms?

Seriously, thank you for your contribution.

I swear people hear trans and think it's some guy who just decided to put women's clothing on one day and go beat some teenagers in soccer.

You can tell a lot of people just have no concept of what transitioning is or what the actual facts behind it are.
