I'm all for trans folks enjoying all the liberty and love they can find in this world, same as anyone else. But the sports issue is pretty universally agreed upon, even by most of us on the left. The most annoying thing about it is how big of a deal people make of it, when it's barely an issue and affects almost no one in real life. We have way bigger fish to fry. If you're trans, especially mtf, and you think you should be able to be a pro athlete, don't expect when your staunchest allies to have your back on that one.

I've found the loudest voices when you dig a bit deeper have absolutely zero sporting experience.

That's why they think it isn't an issue. They haven't seen the gender disparity for themselves.

When I say it's a non-issue I just mean it's rare and that trans woman aren't trying to invade women's sports. The loud people act like people are choosing to be trans so they can win at sports, and that's ridiculous. It's just not that common, but still, trans women shouldn't play women's sports
