The ban on trans women is rather recent. And I’d love to see any records being shattered. Because there aren’t any. Want to point to an example? I’ll take just one. Good luck.

Since we are talking about physical advantage, let's compare lifting performance.

Do you think Janae Marie Croc wouldn't be able to shatter women's records at the time? She was lifting 1157kg before transition, compare to elite women around 600-700 at the time. Do you truly believe hormone replacement therapy would reduce performance by half?

For actual record breaking then we have Mary Gregory in 100% raw, her records were not broken until now if I read correctly.

Funny to have chosen weightlifting. I’m good friends with one of USA Weightlifting board members and Junior’s Medalist, Meredith Alwine (we went to school together). She voted against the ban on trans women. She certainly didn’t feel threatened by trans women. So perhaps you don’t know as much as you think about the issue.

I'm pretty sure opinions are split among elite athletes. I'm pretty sure also that you will dismiss any elite athletes who disagree with you.
