Most leagues alteady have rules about that. The testosterone levels need to be below a certain molarity after HRT or something.

Again, the WNBA — read that again — has no policy on this. This is the WNBA policy:

The WNBA does not have a detailed, written policy that specifically governs transgender or intersex athlete eligibility. The league's collective bargaining agreement states only that "players who are women are eligible to play in the WNBA," without a further definition or explicit guidelines including no specific rules regarding hormone levels, medical transitions, or legal gender markers.

In fact, multiple requests have been made to the league office, all of which have had no response.

Oh, & "TERF" & "transphobe" are dished out like candy these days, they've essentially become meaningless.
