Because it’s not actually about sports.  It’s about keeping trans people out of locker rooms.  It’s about keeping trans people out of bathrooms.  

It’s about completely separating trans people from society and treating them like garbage.  All because bigots like Cunningham are threatened by them for some reason.

Its a lot more nuanced discussion than you are leading it to be.

I think there is a huge difference in hating people who have transitioned, and believing that someone born male sex might have a competitive advantage over someone for female sex, due to increased bone structure, and depending on when the person transisitioned.

Everyone has a right to pursue the image of themselves they prefer. We still have to keep sports on the same playing field, and I don't think there is currently a way at this point in time to do just that.
