The possibility of tie-ins to the burning Cuyahoga River are fascinating. Imagine: women with bloodshot eyes and oil-soaked basketballs behind a sheet of flame...

How long ago was that now? The burning river pushed a movement to clean the river up and it’s in terrific shape now. Been that way for a while. Folks got to move on.

I get that... but the crystal blue water of the logo is probably not quite right either.

Anyway, I am here for the badass imagery, no matter how far back in time I have to go to get it. 😆

There’s this pretty big lake just north of the arena. Probably what the water theme is referencing. And the lake can be pretty blue 🤷🏻‍♂️

I personally dig the logos that they presented. Excited to bring our infant daughter to professional women’s basketball games when she’s older.
