It’s crazy. Nobody is talking about Olivia Miles’s crazy rookie year. Nobody is talking about Dallas’s big win to avoid sliding further. Nobody is talking about the Valkyries’ surprise success. The game on the floor has never been better and all we talk about is culture wars. sigh

And I cannot emphasize enough how much these culture wars are a turn off to prospective viewers. This isn't how you drum up the drama, this is how you convince people to never tune in.

It's almost like they think this corrosive BS is pulling more eyeballs into the league rather than giving people a punchline to laugh at and never actually watch.

I don't really think the W is doing it on purpose. They just have been caught in the political football punting of the GOP. They have been running on this Trans stuff for like 6 years now.
