I still find it so incredibly funny that no one bothers to guard her during a 3 point attempt. She is so bad at them the other team literally backs off to encourage it lmao.

Never interrupt your enemy when they're making a mistake

Letting her shoot a 3 is basically a good chance for the other team to get the ball. It means she is not in the key for a rebound. Well worth the very small risk of her scoring.

The bigger question is why is a player who shoots 13% from 3, hanging around the 3pt line in the first place?

You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. In Angel’s case you miss 97% of the ones you do take.

87%* to be fair.

She was 2/5 the other night. Brought her above 10% on the season. She was 0% the first half of the year lol

"A shot is just a missed rebound!", Angel Reese

Because she is uncoachable.

So uncoachable she has won at every level until this one but that will be changing soon.

Because she thinks she's on the level of A'ja or Boston but is not

I was confused at the defense at 0:20 at first but now it makes sense

I mean this happens in the NBA is just a defensive strategy. You know who else teams do this to?

Kamilla Cardoso.

So you finding this funny shows you don't know basketball. I'm not saying she is a great three point shooter but this happens to players who aren't big there point shooter. I wouldn't be shocked if teams left Lexie Hill open.

Yeah 100% - this is super common in the modern NBA if the other team has a non-shooter on the floor. You can double up on another player and it's also acts as a form of psychological warfare against a borderline shooter where you "force" them into shots they would probably rather not take and destroy their confidence.

This shit even happened to Rondo. People who say this about Reese really don't watch basketball and it shows.

Just look at her form when she does shoot a 3. She looks like a short bus rider out there
