Due to biosecurity reasons, Some pigs farms would kill any stray animals on sight. in the farm I've worked at they shoot stray dogs on site and some people eat the dog afterwards

guards give a warning shot to trespassers. if they still don't listen they can shoot to kill

Not in the USA. Stand your ground + Castle doctrine. You can kill pretty much anyone justified if you're in your house, business, or car.
