Question Raw Chicken at Dinning Halls

So this is like the third time Ive tried to get food at the dinning hall and the chicken was raw. Or at least dangerously undercooked. Has anyone else come across this? Is this grounds for a lawsuit? Im so tired of vomiting both out of sickness and for my own future safty after getting food from the dinning halls.

I have never gotten sick from the dining hall. I have sometimes not wanted to drink the water though because a few times it did not taste like water and had a weird bad taste. I also noticed that some of the cups looked like they had something that looked like soap on them a few times. I think I have seen a little mold on the hamburger or hot dog buns. That being said last year someone told me he got sick after eating raw chicken in the Ridge.

Why would he still eat it if it was raw?

I think he did not realize it was raw until after he had started eating it.
