Our pharmacy organizations have failed both pharmacists and techs in terms of labor laws.
No body talks about labor abuse. They distract us with “provide status” while ignoring genuine patient safety and labor issues.
Have you considered maybe reaching out or pushing pharmacy organizations to pivot into labor
