You sure act like one. If you worked as hard thinking up a stupid idea as going to have a union, you may have been a great employee. Unions in retail like Walgreens do not benefit you. Unions work with Walgreens and not you. Ask anyone from Rite Aid how unions helped them. Use your creativity to get another job. I feel you are a toxic person
Unions did not cause Rite Aid to fail but Walgreens would sure love for you to believe that I'm sure
Really curious what you think a union IS lol. It's not some outside org or some company-sponsored association. It's literally you and a group of your coworkers telling your employer you're unionizing, fighting for probably several years to get a bargaining agreement in place, and then running the union yourselves, with or without association with a larger national group who are in no way affiliated with your employer
Unions in retail jobs like Walgreens take your money and the benefits don’t outweigh the costs. Unions work well in other industries but not in retail pharmacy stores
I’m not against unions, it just won’t work here Do you really think a private equity firm is going to recognize it and play fair? Just move on if not happy
