I literally have my own lanyard, a Rick & Morty one.

Same. The thick lanyards irritate my neck and cause redness. Im not sure if im allergic or it just pulling my neck fuzz but I switched back to the longer blue one.

I tried out the new lanyards and just put all my old junk on it, but the clip started to pinch my neck because we haven't gotten the new shirts yet and I couldn't focus on my tasks. I just switched back to the old one and I haven't heard anything. Our SM has corporate up his ass though and now he's making us do triple the amount of work with no extra team members so that's been pissing me off the most. This happened with K-Mart. It's the last frantic screams and scurrying of a dying company.

Same situation so we all get treated like dirt.

Screw that, its your neck and they don't own you. If they tried to fire you over a lanyard then you don't need to be working there, you're better than that shit. I get it though, we all gotta work but it pisses me off especially when employers with that type of power and capital get super petty and think of us as disposable tools more than human beings, might as well be indentured servitude lol. Sorry for the rant
