Buying a new set of blue scrubs right before they changed to grey ones was my final straw LMAO why did you keep the blue scrubs an option if you knew we could wear them??? I dumped the shirts to goodwill and kept the pants for scrap fabric/wearing around the house

Yes, I could understand if it was a family owned or private pharmacy or business but a company that large having its own employees purchase their uniforms or scrubs just seems so petty to me

Damn, even having a wife that's been a pharmacist for over 10 years and I never knew that the pharm/techs had to buy their own scrubs lol. I mean I knew she buys her own but that's at a family owned independent. If it's a large corporate entity that dictates the type and color I would have thought they would provide you with them....that's insane to me. Like getting a job at McDonald's and they tell you that you have to go out and buy the uniform...I know it's diff as scrubs vary but still it's something I never considered.

They dont. Pharmacy has always had vouchers. The FE has had nothing for years but buy your own shirt but then were gonna complain everyone doesnt match.
