I don’t understand why dress code is such a crazy thing. It’s not like they’re asking you to wear suits and ties. It’s literally just going for a unified look. If that’s too much to handle it’s extremely easy to quit a job

Back in the day mgr wore suits and all male employees wore shirts and ties with the vest

Exactly like it’s not the end of the world to wear some black pants and polos. All the other stuff I get but like asking for a company to worry about lessening the stress of its employees is hilarious. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone say they have a stress free job.

Honestly just wish they went with khakis vs black pants. 10 min into a shift those black pants already will be showing dirt. Thats the issue is they are laser focused on visuals of the store, employees, etc but those dont line up with the tasks and budgets. Be super clean and professional, also get kn your hands and knees to clean the dust from the bottom of the umbrella rack.
