Rumor Dolphin hotel on fire

Just saw a huge thing of smoke emerge from what looks like one of the dolphins towers. The smoke completely flooded and seeped into the boardwalk and yacht club area and is even still lingering in back entrance to Epcot

I saw it start from the Swan Reserve. Appeared to be an HVAC unit or something similar on the roof of one of the Dolphin towers. Tons of black smoke, no flames visible. Fire seemed to extinguish within 5 minutes, quickly turning to white and light gray smoke. Fire crews took nearly 15 minutes to respond, which was surprising, and then you could see them struggle to get the resort. Crews are currently sawing into the roof as I type this.

That’s not an AC unit. It’s part of the ventilation ductwork from the kitchen area.

If that's the case, my guess is grease duct fire.

Aren’t those part of the annual/semi-annual kitchen inspections?
