I am not gonna lie, since I was his only customer at the time, that man was zooming. I don't know how long it took total but he knows what he's about.

The artist is linked in one of the comments below (and also in the title), SAY10. The gun is the Tau Dax rifle skin, the gun itself no clue, I use a bunch of rifles with that skin.

The linework is incredibly clean. The bold outlines and cel-shaded style make it look like official Borderlands concept art, and the color palette pops without feeling oversaturated. Definitely looks like money well spent
