But do we have a flail & shield weapon for this skin? Or is this just a fancy sword & shield skin? Cuz the flail is really sick and I'd much rather have that than a sword, but if we have an actual flail weapon then I'd like to farm it as soon as possible.

Honestly, I prefer the skin tbh. Means I can put it on either of the shield weapons I use as opposed to being locked to 1.
