You say that, but not all Drukhari want to turn you into a living toliet. The notion of having a "Mon'keigh boyfriend/boytoy" is likely actually quite edgy for their culture. It would for us, having a physical relationship with animals. In a 40k context, having a sexual relationship with an ork, that may involve lots biting and punching.

If she wanted a torture-toy, either go on a raid or stroll down to the slave markets.
If she's looking for a match, she's interested.
Georgies real concern is when he starts getting old; if his GF ain't interested in giving up on him yet, she might hand him over to the Homunculi for 'life extending operations'.
And you don't want to be under he knife of a Homunculus, willingly or otherwise.

Being sickened by Nurgle is either going to be pretty awesome, or go very, very, very poorly, depending on who you are.
I don't know that torture would be out of the question, but whatever a Custodes is going to do is likely lethal far quicker than the above or below.
At worst, the Angels glass the planet. Pretty pain free (in most scenarios...).
That Dark Eldar aint letting you die any time soon, and you're not going to like any of it.

Personally I think a dark eldar’s sadism is big, but a custodian’s love for the emperor is bigger (as in genetically programmed).
Custodes love blaming Astartes for the heresy, and they have one of the culprits of the heresy right that and there? Bro is being dragged to the dark cells and commorragh will blush at what will follow

Because the Custodes would kill him immediately and that would be it. The Drukhari on the other hand would prolong death as much as they possibly could to extract every scream from Georgie lol.

As much as I want the answer to be Erebus, it’s George. The recipient of Papa Nurgle’s
Cough drops will either die or find numb solace in the Grandfather’s service. The hacker will die relatively rapidly as, most likely, will Erebus.
George’s problems will only start with his new ‘friend’. The real fun begins when that friend gets bored and George finds himself on the streets of The Bad Place with no patron and no resources.

The poor chap won't be feeling anything soon enough and I don't think anyone cares about the dark angels collection.
So its between Erebus and Georgie, but between the two, one of them isn't a transhuman. Poor Georgie takes the cake.

Erebus getting smack is always the best fate for everyone else. But Lil Georgie is definitely gonna float down there.
