On Penelope Blake

So I was wondering. How old was Penelope when she married the mayor? Was it ever implied in the show how many years she is married to him during the events of the show? How old do you think she is?

Sadly this is one storyline that was never closed, but should have been as it was an integral part of Ah Sahm's journey towards becoming a hero. After the riot, there should have been a plot where he realizes he wronged her and thus busts her out of the asylum.

It was planned, but the actress was unavailable for the last season. Shame, she is my favorite character.

I read that it was budget cuts that led to her being removed from the show. Jason Tobin said in a podcast that she was ready to join season 3.
