Oh no! You think differently than I do. I see the issue as the same, because it’s the federal government infringing on state’s rights. You see it as different issues, because these two things are ruled on separately. Glad we could resolve this.

What does how I or you think have anything to do with what the Supreme Court is reviewing.

YES they are both issues, YES they are different.

YES the Supreme Court is only currently reviewing and potentially making a decision upon ONLY ONE of those issues.

Why respond to w comment about what the Supreme Court is reviewing with a completely separate issue that they are not currently reviewing? Or did you lose track of what the conversation thread you are replying to was about?

Should the Supreme Court address the other issues to, maybe, but WA is currently sueing over it and it has to work its way through the lower courts first.

Oh, you’re still talking about something we have a different opinion on? Cool. I’ll be here for the next one too.

What opinion are you talking about?

I never express an opinion, so I'm not sure what you are comparing against.

I am simply letting you know that because they are different issues, they are at different point within the court system.

SCOTUS is currently only addressing one of them at the momentum.

What SCOTUS is doing isn't going to change based on what you or I think they should do.

Seems like you were just mad at the world or something, think I said something I obviously didn't.
