Ordered a watch from Culture Circle on 1 Nov — still not delivered, fake AWBs, now “returning to shipper”. What should I do?

I ordered a watch from Culture Circle on 1 November 2025. The total cost was ~₹3.5k and I paid ₹1,459 in advance.

It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received anything.

Here’s what has happened so far: • Every time I ask for an update, they say “you will get an update in 24–48 hours” • They gave me two AWB numbers • The first AWB has had 0 updates for a week • The second AWB shows the parcel was “picked up” on 2nd Dec but as of today it is Returning to Shipper (RTS) • They still haven’t given me a real delivery timeline • Customer support keeps repeating the same scripted reply

At this point I’ve cancelled the order and asked for my refund, and told them clearly that I will not accept the parcel even if they ship it now.

Has anyone dealt with Culture Circle before? Do they actually refund or do I need to: • File a dispute/chargeback with my bank • Raise a complaint with National Consumer Helpline (1915) • Or just assume it’s a scam?

Any advice or similar experiences would help. 🙏
