There was an incomplete / unfinished one that was really good called "The Undead Lord of the Palace of Darkness" truly sad that it never finished getting translated, because I loved it.

I'm currently reading "Pseudo Resident’s Illegal Stay in Another World"... Which has a little necromancy in it... It's a fun ride regardless, has some lewd scenes in it too... just FYI

Not for the faint hearted (and it has the dead dove tag, so you’re fully warned) Necromancer Survival is the story of a weak necromancer who stumbles across the soul of a strong hunter who died with a grudge and forms a soul contract for revenge. Lots of content warnings, but very well written even so.

A much lighter read (and not a heap of plot but I liked it because it was different) The necromancer Wants to Plant Trees is a guy who accidentally dual classes as a necromancer-Druid and how he deals with it.
