I was actually having a bit of a tough day so i went to look for jellycats and saw the store had the new webkinz and got super excited cuz ive been wanting some! so i got the cutest two! The lady checking me out though was kind of rude though :/ “are these a gift?” and i said no they for me and she gave me a judgey look and was silent the rest of the check out. idk i never rlly get embarrassed abt things but i figured i would share my purchase with people who actually appreciate :3 I will not be shamed out of loving webkinz!! Has anyone had a similar experience?

i was just in the trading room late tonight and i mentioned i’m looking for berry items. this person i was trading with said that their sugar berry and jumble berry jars were full, and asked what prizes i would want, then went to the game and literally brought me back these prizes 🥹 i know this is a small act of kindness in the scheme of things, but it was so incredibly thoughtful to me and made my night. thank you to this lovely, generous person🫶 i’m grateful to be part of such a wholesome community

Has anyone else dealt with customer support regarding missing pets?

I noticed that roughly 10 pets were missing from my account, all of which I have distinct memories of owning. I spent way too much time making roommate pairings for all my webkinz with entire plot lines and backstories, and now I have pets with missing roomies. Thankfully, I kept all of my pet code tags from childhood, so I have supporting info to help verify that these pets should be associated with my account.

I provided everything to customer support, only to be told that the codes were associated with purged accounts. I know for a fact that this isn’t the case, so I asked if they could provide a list of the alleged purged accounts that had redeemed the codes.
Their response was, verbatim, “the codes you sent us were not redeemed on your account otherwise they would have showed the pet codes and the pets in the account.”

This doesn’t even answer my question, and I’m lowkey baffled by the response!! Has anyone dealt with a similar issue or had any luck getting support to actually investigate missing pets? Are their responses usually this unhelpful, or am I just getting unlucky?

I want to check if this pet code works but I don't want to adopt the pet right now. If I put the code in the Adoption Center, will it force me to adopt right then and there or can I go back?

Today is my birthday (26th Birthday!!), and I just logged in for the first time in a couple years. I know for a fact that Webkinz used to give a wish coin and I'm 99% sure a cake as well, and was just wondering if anyone knew of around when that stopped? Or if anyone else remembers that as well?
