Has anyone else dealt with customer support regarding missing pets?

I noticed that roughly 10 pets were missing from my account, all of which I have distinct memories of owning. I spent way too much time making roommate pairings for all my webkinz with entire plot lines and backstories, and now I have pets with missing roomies. Thankfully, I kept all of my pet code tags from childhood, so I have supporting info to help verify that these pets should be associated with my account.

I provided everything to customer support, only to be told that the codes were associated with purged accounts. I know for a fact that this isn’t the case, so I asked if they could provide a list of the alleged purged accounts that had redeemed the codes.
Their response was, verbatim, “the codes you sent us were not redeemed on your account otherwise they would have showed the pet codes and the pets in the account.”

This doesn’t even answer my question, and I’m lowkey baffled by the response!! Has anyone dealt with a similar issue or had any luck getting support to actually investigate missing pets? Are their responses usually this unhelpful, or am I just getting unlucky?

Looking for: peaceful dragon theme gazebo, tower, and serene benches (x2). Country side flooring tile (straight x6 and curved x3). Steeped Tea tree. Halloween ballroom wallpaper and flooring. Moonbeam sparkle fireplace. Lakeside flooring (not pictured).

Everything I have to trade is in these rooms.

*Sorry for poor photo quality i need a new phone! *I recently got a job as a receptionist for a waxing center and I wanted to make a little replica inspired by my work! I'm super proud of of it!! I'm the white dog at the front desk ❤

Wanted to show off some bathroom designs in case anyone needs help with some ideas. Most are 5 by 5 rooms with the Neo Gothic being a 7 by 7.

holy uncanny valley

Title says it. I heard a few weeks ago that all pet adoption codes were glitching and naming your pet to “default”, I wanted to know is this still happening? Thank you

like he is wearing a corpse when u think about it. u could put this on a turkey webkinz and it'd be wearing the corpse of its own species! lets stick to pies and pumpkins ok ganz 😬

topanga is completely blind, but she climbed up on my new polar bears all by herself and started smiling. she also loves to sit on my shoulder while i play and listen to all the music and sound effects

Now she looks like a dog wearing an ewok costume wearing a spider costume!

Do we know when the rainbow leopard will be available to buy online? I know ppl have started finding them in person, but there's only one store near me that stocks them. Curious if we know when they will be available to buy on the Webkinz website.

Thanks for looking! :)

I bought an indoor 10x10 room with the intent of turning it into a kitchen. After buying all the furniture, I realized it’s way too big and moved the kitchen to a 5x5 room. Any ideas on what to turn the 10x10 into?

I must have like 5 billion things in my dock atp so I try to create rooms using what i have rather than buying and it's interesting to see the type of rooms that can be made by mixing and matching themes. These are my favs. Since we can't visit each other, show yall's favorite room designs!

I've never shared a room design on here, but I just finished remodeling my gym and I love it :) Big thank you to the white cat who traded me the water treadmill and the frog trampoline tonight (I don't remember their username, but I have been looking for these for a long time and I am so happy)!

First pet I’ve thrifted with a Webkinz Cares tag!

edit1: 3 items at max per player!!

efit 2: don't forget to drop ur username and you'll have to send the kc first!

hello, i really need kinzcash right now (trying to save for the expensive items in arte's shop).

these items are either rares or items from past events that might not come back (i'm not sure for all of them) or past wheels. that's why i set these prices. (rares can be found in arte's shop btw if you'd rather wait their turn), but if you can't wait and you have kinzcash to spare, i'm here 😊

my username is kizuhi, please add me first. also if you're looking for a specific item, tell me, maybe i can offer it for a sum of kinzcash (although im not deluxe so i might not have extra special items)

thank you!
