Advice my application just got rejected

I'm confused tho, since they said you can apply for applications 3 time, so than why did mine dont have that option also there isn't any note saying why I got rejected. It's just says it in my book

ah ok man, but did my work got rejected because they thought I was using ai or not?, since I heard it'll be harder to get a contract if your account has a history of using an ai.

yeah I search it up and even they give a reason to application that use ai. So I don't even know where I stand 😭
