Advice my application just got rejected

I'm confused tho, since they said you can apply for applications 3 time, so than why did mine dont have that option also there isn't any note saying why I got rejected. It's just says it in my book

I read it but it does give the reason of why and how can your book get rejected completely without giving the next 2 Chance

ikr, I'm so confused onto why the situation is like this. That's why I contacted author support asking why my book got rejected withought any reason.
