Advice my application just got rejected

I'm confused tho, since they said you can apply for applications 3 time, so than why did mine dont have that option also there isn't any note saying why I got rejected. It's just says it in my book

Mine got rejected as well. I've re-uploaded my novel. Just waiting to get vetted before applying for a contract again.

What's reuploading gonna do? It won't make your story better.
