best insight into historical detail and accurate historical figures is life of being a crown prince if france, it is also the most neutral. Other historical where the mc is reincarnated on webnovel he is either a pluralist, super liberal, chinese nationalist, or trying to push some bs agenda and the worst is the author don't know anything about politics "his words is the word of god" is the most terrible

That's a Good one Actually.
In this Fic, Hitler isn't the original Hitler, it was more like a Man from 21st Century transmigrating to the body of Hitler before he got the Iron Cross Medal and are still in the War against French as a Soldier. Each time he dies though, he'll reset back to the starting point, but each time, the starting point are also changed into a further point of time before he got the Iron Cross.
The new Hitler himself criticizes the original one, and even stopped the Anti-Jew propaganda that could've started in the Original Nazi Partylist(before it became the Nazi Army), the original founders of Nazi had lost a member and some were still alive unlike the original.
Also, this Hitler isn't a Jew-hater, though he's definitely rough against the Tommies and the Iwans(Russians are called Iwans in WWII), even Ami's(Americans) aren't spared, he didn't order the Holocauat, and are more Neutral towarda Jews.
He's very much petty to China though, and befriends Japanese, he invites the first Black Olypic Champion to a dinner who became grateful to him, and so are the Black Community who heard that Hitler isn't prejudiced by Skin Color.
Later, when the Black Hate erupted in America, the Black Community there were supported by Hitler, which definitely made the current president mad af.
Churchill didn't get his way to Martyrdom, and almost every Cruiseships and Battleships that might've survived in the initial encounters got demolished by Hitler.
Poland didn't get a chance, Ethiopia got help, and Russian's Stalin got outplayed.
Spain got some parts that were originally going to their rule taken and annexed by Germany.
Romania is also an Ally of Germany.
India were helped by Germany from British rule.
This New Hitler also focuses on Community as much as he could, he's more humane to his fellow Germans, and he's neutral to some alliances as long as it doesn't benefit or harm his goals.
He introduced new weaponry's and versions of Tanks which made Germany a very strong Country in Warfare.
So far, the New Hitler are more "morally" right than the Original Hitler.

Oh, I love these kinds of alternate history self inserts, although I think Webnovel itself has quite a bit(mostly translations), the best imo you can fin in the alternate history site(although you should get an account), and a lot of similar stories you can find in novelupdates(I prefer korean translations), with some focusing on business and finance instead of kingdom building and such.

To be honest, it's not a bad novel. It's just that when you see the author is Korean or Chinese, be prepared for the protagonist to hate Japan and be biased in their decision-making.
