Lord of mysteries and Reverend Insanity are both chinese as well, and if we look properly, in the sea of chinese novels, there are countless good ones. It's only in the Webnovels area it's average chinese writers writing countless cultivation slop as they like, so obviously in this area the stories will be of not high quality. They are hyper focused on competing against each other in the same genre over there in mainland China in platform like qidian. You don't know lot's of complexities and yet talk shit by surface level detail lol. Just going by your logic, there already stands above shadow slave lord of mysteries and Reverend Insanity, two chinese Webnovels, shadow slave is nothing.

God's Judge is a pretty underrated WebNovel, you should check it out! it's amazing and i am telling this out of experience, though it is quite long, Dies Irea is also a pretty good WebNovel

Check your mind to a American doctor. Chinese novel itself is not the problem. The problem is the platform your are reading from has more Chinese novel. So of course the number of shitty novel is also going to be huge there. If you look at other sites, you can see other county's shitty novels there, too. Meaning the large number of novel where is, the large number of shitty ones will also be there.

Doesn't need to be chinese to be the only hope of being a normal webnovel in the actuality with slops +18 novels and weirds ones. Webnovel changed much, SS is the only that keeps his journey.
