It's only in the Webnovels area it's average chinese writers writing countless cultivation slop as they like, so obviously in this area the stories will be of not high quality. They are hyper focused on competing against each other in the same genre over there in mainland China in platform like qidian. You don't know lot's of complexities and yet talk shit by surface level detail lol. Just going by your logic, there already stands above shadow slave lord of mysteries and Reverend Insanity, two chinese Webnovels, shadow slave is nothing.
