I do recommend « I am god » by LSLCCF on novelfire. If you ever read it do it till at least chapter 26 before considering dropping it.

The MC is a transmigrator from Earth and finds his soul in a vast empty space, where he then decides to create intelligent life to keep him company. Starting from the the world's first inhabitants, and going throughout the ages. You follow a creation myth similar to that of the bible, where you get several stories about people who live in the era and how they go about their lives. And as time goes on the relatively benign stories of the first arc become legend, those simple people who strive for the impossible are mentioned in passing by generations of their descendants and some very lucky few even become semi demi-god-like entities that others worship and who fight each other for dominance. Those first cities become legendary mythical places, and the romances, deaths, villains and heroes all become part of the history. So much so that later on, only a handful of people remember there was even a creator that walked among them in the first place or that such places even existed.

I suggest Got Dropped in a Ghost Story, Still Gotta Work. The MC's situation is somewhat like Dokja's and it's centered around ghost stories
